“Tales of Wanderings” is the latest album of Alkonost, which is one of better folk metal bands from Russia. “Tales Of Wanderings” is an English version of album “Сказки Странствий” from 2013, fully re-worked and re-arranged for English lyrics.
“Tales of Wanderings” exceeds all expectations about the band. It is melodic mild heathen metal with many folk tones. Epic folk metal – nothing more, nothing less.
