It contains remastered 30 songs previously released on hard or impossible to find previous releases of the ,band (before "A Spirit Filled Revolution") from their debut 7", "For those Who Believe" cd, "Refusing to live by your lies" cd, some comp. tracks and also 3 never released before songs (including "Use Your Head" by UNIFORM CHOICE).
