“Subconscious Release” was the solitary album by DESECRATOR, and was originally released in January 1991. Since that time it has become somewhat of an old school death metal gem – the original vinyl album commands a high second hand price and is highly sought after, as it was only originally pressed in a small limited amount. This is a shining example of early UK Death Metal, with a style similar to somewhere between early DEATH, AUTOPSY and PARADISE LOST. Now more than two decades on, “Subconscious Release” is made available again as part of the series of classic late 80s/early 90s metal reissues by Mosh Tuneage, and for the very first time on CD! Released in conjunction with the band and original label RKT, and featuring a four song demo courtesy of the band themselves as bonus tracks, plus of course the original stunning Dan Seagrave cover artwork, this is a must own for all fans of the death genre.
